Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking Deposit:
Deposits to be paid within 7 days of making booking. Deposit is 50% of tariff required.
For Winter Season Bookings of 2 days, full payment is required within 7 days of making the reservation.

Balance Payment:
Due 30 days prior to your arrival. Prices subject to change without notice.

Cancellation:
Under 30 days prior to your arrival - No refund; unless we can fully re-book the room(s). Over 30 days or more prior to your arrival – Full refund less administration and credit card fees. We highly recommend travel insurance.
In the event of Covid-19 impacting & closing the ski resort and/or any border closures prior to your arrival, we will offer all our future guests a full refund of all money paid.
This refund is not subject to any cut off times prior to the booking dates.”
In the event of the Bogong Landslide closing the road to all traffic, we will offer you a full refund of all monies paid.

Lodge Guests:
Tariffs are based upon Double/Twin/2 Share up to 4-6 share. Children (under 14 years) 25% Discount when sharing with 2 Adults. Single Occupancy +50% Surcharge.

Non-smoking Policy.
In line with current trends and regulations Pretty Valley & Ropers Apartments has a non-smoking policy.
